Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders ship from within the United States. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship primarily to the United States. If you're outside the US and interested in ordering, contact us at jakobmotts@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at jakobmotts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Q: What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
A: We're sorry to hear that. Email us at jakobmotts@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number and we will make it right immediately — no return required.

A: Yes. All Kineta products are selected for quality and safety. Each product includes usage instructions. If you have a specific medical condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: All products are covered under our 14-day return and defect policy. If something stops working within that window, contact us and we'll replace it.
