Orders and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days. Expedited shipping (5–9 business days) is available at checkout. Processing takes 1–3 business days before your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email support@kinetafitness.store with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
Products
Are your products FDA-approved?
Our products are wellness and personal comfort products, not medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our Legal Notice for full details.
Who should not use these products?
If you are pregnant, have a serious medical condition, have recently had surgery, or have circulatory issues, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use if you experience any discomfort.
How often can I use a massager?
Most of our products can be used daily. Follow the instructions included with your product and listen to your body. If something causes pain or discomfort, stop using it.
Do you have product manuals?
Yes. Each product comes with a manual. If you need a digital copy, email us and we'll send one.
Account and Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at support@kinetafitness.store. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes after submission — but we'll do our best.
I haven't received my order confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email support@kinetafitness.store with the name and email you used at checkout.
