Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident in every Kineta purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns work.
14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original packaging, unused or gently used, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@kinetafitness.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back using a trackable carrier. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or arrived damaged.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send a confirmation email and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Used personal care items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
