Where We Ship
Kineta ships throughout the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2 PM PT on a business day are processed the same day. Orders after 2 PM PT or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Most products: 1–5 business days from a US warehouse via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground.
- Free shipping: orders over $75 ship free.
- Standard shipping: $6.99 flat rate on orders under $75.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track your package any time using the link in that email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@kinetafitness.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
If you need to change a shipping address, email us within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and changes can't always be made.
